Privacy Policy
SesameScanner ("the app") is published by SESAME FORTUNE ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and the choices you have. Contact: support@sesamefortune.com.
1. Your documents
Photos you capture or import, the pages you edit and the PDFs you create are stored only on your device. They are not sent to our servers. When you share or export a PDF, it goes only where you choose (for example another app, email or a cloud drive you select), under that service's own privacy terms.
The app asks for camera access to scan, and photo library access only when you import images. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the app, your account and your purchase), on our legitimate interest in keeping the app reliable and secure (crash reports, abuse prevention of free limits), and for analytics on our legitimate interest, which you can object to at any time with the switch in Settings → Share anonymous usage data.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data and we do not use it for advertising. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Retention
- Daily usage counters: deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Synced presets and your sign-in account: kept until you delete your account.
- Crash reports and analytics: kept according to Firebase defaults (crash data up to 90 days; analytics up to 14 months).
- Purchase records: kept as long as required for accounting and to let you restore Pro.
6. Deleting your data
In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes your sign-in account and your synced presets immediately; usage counters disappear within 7 days. Documents on your device are not affected — delete them in the app or uninstall it. You can also email us to request deletion.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Write to support@sesamefortune.com and we will reply within 30 days.
8. International transfers
Synced data is stored in the European Union. Some providers (Google, Apple, RevenueCat) may process data in other countries under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Security
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to synced data is restricted to your own account by server-side security rules.
11. Changes
We will post any change on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app.

1. Tài liệu của bạn
Ảnh bạn chụp hoặc nhập, các trang bạn chỉnh sửa và file PDF bạn tạo chỉ được lưu trên thiết bị. Chúng không được gửi lên máy chủ của chúng tôi. Khi bạn chia sẻ hoặc xuất PDF, file chỉ đi tới nơi bạn chọn (ứng dụng khác, email, ổ đám mây…), theo điều khoản riêng của dịch vụ đó.
Ứng dụng xin quyền camera để scan và quyền thư viện ảnh chỉ khi bạn nhập ảnh. Bạn có thể thu hồi các quyền này bất cứ lúc nào trong cài đặt thiết bị.

3. Cơ sở pháp lý (người dùng EEA/UK)
Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu để thực hiện hợp đồng với bạn (cung cấp ứng dụng, tài khoản và bản Pro), vì lợi ích chính đáng là giữ ứng dụng ổn định, an toàn (báo cáo sự cố, chống lạm dụng giới hạn miễn phí), và phân tích sử dụng vì lợi ích chính đáng — bạn có thể phản đối bất cứ lúc nào bằng công tắc Cấu hình → Chia sẻ dữ liệu sử dụng ẩn danh.
4. Chia sẻ
Chúng tôi không bán hay cho thuê dữ liệu cá nhân và không dùng cho quảng cáo. Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ với các nhà cung cấp nêu trên, xử lý thay mặt chúng tôi. Chúng tôi có thể cung cấp dữ liệu nếu pháp luật yêu cầu.
5. Thời gian lưu
- Bộ đếm lượt dùng hằng ngày: tự xoá sau 7 ngày.
- Preset đã đồng bộ và tài khoản đăng nhập: lưu tới khi bạn xoá tài khoản.
- Báo cáo sự cố và dữ liệu phân tích: theo mặc định của Firebase (sự cố tối đa 90 ngày; phân tích tối đa 14 tháng).
- Lịch sử mua: lưu theo yêu cầu kế toán và để bạn khôi phục Pro.
6. Xoá dữ liệu
Trong ứng dụng, vào Cấu hình → Tài khoản → Xoá tài khoản. Thao tác này xoá ngay tài khoản đăng nhập và preset đã đồng bộ; bộ đếm lượt dùng tự xoá trong 7 ngày. Tài liệu trên máy không bị ảnh hưởng — hãy xoá chúng trong ứng dụng hoặc gỡ ứng dụng. Bạn cũng có thể gửi email yêu cầu xoá.
7. Quyền của bạn
Tuỳ nơi bạn sống, bạn có thể có quyền truy cập, sửa, xoá, xuất dữ liệu, hạn chế hoặc phản đối việc xử lý, và khiếu nại với cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu. Hãy viết tới support@sesamefortune.com; chúng tôi sẽ trả lời trong 30 ngày.
8. Chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế
Dữ liệu đồng bộ được lưu tại Liên minh châu Âu. Một số nhà cung cấp (Google, Apple, RevenueCat) có thể xử lý dữ liệu ở quốc gia khác với các biện pháp bảo vệ phù hợp như Điều khoản hợp đồng tiêu chuẩn của EU.
9. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi (hoặc độ tuổi tối thiểu tại quốc gia bạn) và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.
10. Bảo mật
Dữ liệu truyền đi được mã hoá (HTTPS). Quyền truy cập dữ liệu đồng bộ được giới hạn trong chính tài khoản của bạn bằng luật bảo mật phía máy chủ.
11. Thay đổi
Mọi thay đổi sẽ được đăng trên trang này kèm ngày cập nhật. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong ứng dụng.
